30 little fibs I tell myself…

1. I’m absolutely fine!

2. I’ll eat really healthy from now on.

3. I don’t need to write it down, I’ll remember that.

4. I’ll go for a run later instead.

5. I’ll take a packed lunch tomorrow.

6. I’m going to bed at 10pm and going straight to sleep, I swear.

7. I’m too full for dessert. *orders dessert*

8. I’m definitely going to stretch for at least 10 minutes after every. single. run.

9. I’ll leave myself plenty of time to get there.

10. I’m going to practise mindfulness for five minutes each day.

11. I’ll get up as soon as my alarm goes off.

12. I won’t hold it against him/her/them.

13. I hate drama.

14. I’m not that bothered really.

15. I’ll just have one more Hobnob.

16. I’m going to learn how to contour.

17. I’ll pop in for a quick browse.

18. I know what I’m doing.

19. I’m never doing that running race again.

20. I’ll watch that arty documentary instead of Love Island.

21. I’ll make a list and tick things off as I go.

22. One more episode and I’m going bed.

23. Five hours sleep is plenty.

24. I don’t need new shoes, I’ve got enough.

25. I’ll quickly check Facebook/Instagram.

26. I won’t buy anymore new books until I’ve read my ‘to read’ pile.

27. I’ll vacuum the stairs tomorrow.

28. I’ll remember that password.

29. I’ll keep those skinny jeans because I’ll get back into them.

30. I’ll do it in a minute.
